Royal Spins Laundry — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 28, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Royal Spins Laundry, including our self-service laundromat, Wash, Dry, & Fold (WDF), Pickup & Delivery (P&D) services, and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Limitations & Liability

We exercise utmost care in processing items entrusted to us and use industry-standard methods. However, we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage to garments due to their condition or inherent defects.

• Damage/Loss Ceiling: Liability for any loss or damage to items (including WDF and P&D) shall not exceed **ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item**, regardless of the price or condition of the item.
• Reporting Claims: Any claim for loss or damage must be reported within **forty-eight (48) hours** of pickup/delivery. We are not responsible for items left in pockets.
• Unclaimed Items: Items left unclaimed for more than **thirty (30) days** may be donated or disposed of.

2. User Responsibilities (Self-Service)

When using our self-service laundromat and equipment, you agree to:

• Properly check all clothing pockets before placing items into washers or dryers.
• Use the machines and facility in a clean, reasonable, and non-abusive manner.
• Supervise any children accompanying you at all times.

3. Loyalty Card and Contest Rules

Your use of the VIP Loyalty Card is governed by these Terms and the following:

• The card is valid only for self-service machine use.
• Funds loaded onto the card are non-refundable.
• Participation in any Royal Spins Laundry contests is governed by the separate Official Contest Rules (if applicable).

4. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
