Yes, we have a large, dedicated parking lot right outside our location with plenty of space for our customers.
During our attended hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), please speak directly to the attendant on duty. Outside of these hours, please call the store number at 916-304-3814 and leave a detailed message, including the machine number. We aim to fix all issues within 24 hours.
VIP Loyalty Card & Payment
Our machines primarily use our VIP Loyalty Card. You can load the card using the in-store kiosk, which accepts cash, credit cards, or debit cards. All self-service machines are coin-only, but the VIP card eliminates the need for physical quarters and rewards you with bonus funds!
It’s easy! You can get a free card from the dispenser near the payment kiosk inside the laundromat. Once you have the card, use the kiosk to load funds and start washing. We recommend registering your card immediately so we can replace the balance if it is ever lost or stolen.
- Load $20: Receive $1 bonus
- Load $50: Receive $5 bonus
- Load $100: Receive $15 bonus
The bonus is automatically added to your card balance at the time of loading!
If your card is registered with us, please notify an attendant or call us immediately at 916-304-3814. We can transfer any remaining balance to a new card for you. Unfortunately, if the card was not registered, we are unable to replace the funds.
Wash, Dry, & Fold Services
Our standard WDF service is priced by the pound. We have a minimum charge to cover processing. Please call us or visit the attendant during attended hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) for our most current per-pound rate and any special offers.
Standard WDF service is typically completed within 24 hours. We also offer a same-day express service for an additional fee, depending on current volume. Please ask the attendant when you drop off your clothes.
Yes, we use premium, commercial-grade hypoallergenic detergents and softeners as part of our standard WDF service. If you require a specific brand or need to use your own supplies (for severe allergies, etc.), please let the attendant know when you drop off your order.
We are happy to accommodate most special requests! When dropping off your laundry, clearly communicate any needs to the attendant, such as delicate cycles, hang-dry items, or specific folding requirements. Additional fees may apply for extensive specialized handling.
Self-Service Equipment & Amenities
- Washers: Available in 20lb (double load), 40lb (triple load), 60lb (quad load), and massive 80lb capacity.
- Dryers: We offer both 45lb and 75lb capacity dryers for efficient drying.
Yes! We want your experience to be comfortable. We offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi for all customers, as well as vending machines with snacks, drinks, and essential laundry supplies (detergent, softeners, bags).
