California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. Your Consumer Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.
- Right to Know (Data Access): You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected and the business purposes for collecting it.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., to complete a transaction or detect security incidents).
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: **Royal Spins Laundry does not sell or “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal information of consumers.** Therefore, we do not offer an opt-out link as this activity does not occur.
2. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
